If you are a musician with experience of playing in an orchestra or ensemble, then why not join us? We hold regular 'Play for Pleasure' rehearsals which provide the opportunity for new members to come along and play in the orchestra, without any obligation to join. Our rehearsals take place weekly on Tuesday nights during term time, with a break for the summer months. We do not monitor attendance, but as a guide we would expect orchestra members taking part in concerts to attend at least 75% of rehearsals to ensure consistency.
There is a subscription for being a member, which helps us cover costs such as venue hire. The charges are as follows:

Regular member annual subscription payment: £150

Reqular member termly subscription: 3 payments of £55 per term.

Student member termly subscription payment: 3 payments of £10 per term
